Advance Notice - Closure of Swimming Pools

Due to a Gala taking place at Plascrug Leisure Centre, the following swimming sessions will be cancelled for both pools:

Wednesday 13th November:
Morning Public Swim: 8.00 - 9.00
Lunchtime Public Swim: 12.00 - 12.55
Evening Swimming Lessons

Thursday 14th November:

  Early Morning Spin Blast Cycle class (includes free swim) 07.15 - 08.00 This is a great way to start the day with an average 400-600 calories burnt on the bike followed by a refreshing swim free of charge.
  Low Impact Gym class - £2.50 10.00 - 11.00 A gym based class led by one of our friendly qualified instructors. Whether you are new to exercise or are returning from a long break this class will slowly ease you back on track. This is an ideal starter class for novice and elderly exercise participants, with an instructor present to guide you.
  Spin Cycle class 17.45 - 18.30 Pedal for fitness and for fun in this challenging indoor cycling workout. Combine speed and power to climb hills and sprint as fast as you can to burn calories and condition your body from head to toe.
Tuesday Early Morning Strength & Conditioning Class 07.15 - 08.00 A strength and conditioning class that emphasizes constantly-varied, high-intensity functional movement. Work cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity!

  Spin Cycle Class 17.15 - 18.00 This 45 minute class is perfect for the busy person! Spinning is one of the best ways of improving your fitness and for all over muscle tone. The classes differ from week to week from hill climbs to sprints.
  Boogie Bounce 18.00 - 19.00 The Boogie Bounce programme is fab, fun, funky and fat burning. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked. Even the facial muscles!
  Ladies Only Strength & Conditioning Class 19.00 - 19.45 A strength and conditioning class that emphasizes constantly-varied, high-intensity functional movement.   Low impact Gym class - £2.50 09.00 - 10.00 Ideal starter class for novice and elderly Exercise participants, with an instructor present to guide you.
  Low impact Exercise class - £2.50 13.00 - 14.00 An exercise class in the sports hall led by one of our friendly qualified instructors. Whether you are new to exercise or are returning from a long break this class will slowly ease you back on track.   Challenge yourself with Chelsey (course bookings only)* 17.30 - 18.15  
  Circuits Training 18.15 - 19.15 Multiple exercise stations focusing on specific muscle areas and components of fitness to give you an all over calorie busting exercise!

Friday Early Morning Spin Blast Cycle Class (includes free swim) 07.15 - 08.00 Get your Friday started with a ride that will get you in “the zone!” This class will challenge your strength and endurance to great music! Get a jump start to your weekend and feel energized after your free swim!

Charges

  • 1 Hour class - £5.60
  • 3/4 Hour class - £4.70
  • 1/2 Hour Class - £3.70
  • Junior - £2.60

All activities are pre payment/booking only due to high interest.

The management reserve the right to cancel or change any of the above sessions if required.

Soft Play Parties in Antur Aber Adventure

Our soft play zone offers an affordable and safe environment for your children to play, make friends and create lasting memories. The ball pools, crash mats and obstacle courses will keep even the most energetic child entertained.
